5 Tuesdays, July 10 - August 7, 6:30-8:30 pm. Taught by Shosan Garth Monroe
The four truths are called noble because they liberate us from suffering. They are the Buddha's basic teaching, encapsulating the entire Buddhist Path.
The truths are: The Truth of Suffering, The Truth of the Cause of Suffering, The Truth of the Cessation of Suffering, and The Truth of the Path.
The class will use the text The Four Noble Truths, by Ven. Ajahn Sumedho, available here.
