A Series of 6 Tuesday classes September 17 - October 22. 6:30-8:30 pm. Taught by Musō Constance Braden.

In this class, we’ll explore ways in which dreams of all kinds—from the scary or disgusting to the beautiful and poetic--can support our practice. We'll experiment with a number of different approaches. Constance, whose dharma name is Dream Window, has been working with dreams in various dream groups, as a participant and leader, for almost 25 years.

Participants: please start writing down your dreams as soon as you can. And please note: you are welcome in this class even if you do not remember your dreams. Everyone is welcome to this class. Zoom participation will also be available. The link will be provided before the class begins.

Musō Constance Braden is a long-time lay ordained member of Houston Zen Center. She received the Bodhisattva Precepts and the dharma name: Musō Zōden, Dream Window, Elephant Field. She is a yoga teacher.
