Zen Mind Beginner's Mind: Informal Talks on Zen Meditation and Practice is one of most respected and widely read Zen texts in the world. Join Gayle in an experiential exploration of the teachings of Shunryu Suzuki Roshi, its author and the founder of San Francisco Zen Center. The teachings are for daily life, for life in the world of all Zen folks.
Gayle Klaybor is the co-Tanto/Head of Practice of HZC and serves on the Board of Directors. She recently retired from a long career in social work. She has also been an adjunct faculty member at the UH Graduate College of Social Work.
