Changing posture is one of the simplest and most powerful ways of reducing pain and improving performance, including sitting in meditation posture! The Abbot of Houston Zen Center participated in an intensive course recently and found the work very helpful. She remarked that it has transformed her understanding of posture, walking, sitting, and standing.

The Gokhale Method uses personalized coaching and cutting-edge technology to transform the way you sit, stand, walk, and exercise. Attain a new level of wellness and journey into the anthropology, history, and anatomy of human structure and movement.

This Pop-up Course runs from 9:30 am - 4:30 pm, with a one-hour lunch break.

Pop-up Course highlights:

  • Participants will use Spine Tracker, the Method’s cutting-edge wearable device, as an aid in learning and practicing healthy posture techniques

  • Each attendee will receive a private online follow-up session, a PDF copy of Esther Gokhale’s 8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back, a streamable version of Back Pain: The Primal Posture Solution, and a Stretchsit Cushion.
