5 Tuesdays, 6:30-8:30 pm, September 5-October 3, led by Lynn Murphy & Gayle Klaybor
The greatest gift you can give your child is yourself. This means that part of your work as a parent is to keep growing in self-knowledge and in awareness. We have to be grounded in the present moment to share what is deepest and best in ourselves. - Jon Kabat-Zinn
This class combines a focus on the inner work and experience of parenting mindfully, with information and discussion regarding the needs and challenges of children throughout their developmental stages. Classes include experiential exercises to learn mindful parenting strategies.
