4 Wednesdays: June 28th, July 5th off, then July 12th, 19th and 26th
Taught by Wilson Arabie, who holds a 225 hr. Teacher Certification from the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi (IIQTC) where he trained under Dr. Roger Jahnke. Wilson has a long history of training with Henderson Smith and is a recommended teacher with Living Well Therapies.
With Tai Chi Easy™, the training is structured yet flexible so that each person evolves at his or her own pace. In each session you will build on the knowledge and skill you developed in the previous sessions. All movements will be demonstrated and reviewed in a logical progression to make it easy. You will learn the form in stages; physically, mentally and energetically until you learn to make Tai Chi your own individual personal practice.
As you gain confidence in your ability to slow and deepen your breathing, move gently and bring your mind to the present moment, you will discover a peace that you will want to revisit often for its ability to rejuvenate.
You will find that this is a practice for healing and longevity; you will grow healthy form the inside out. With practice you will go beyond the single focus of physical health and begin to savor a true state of balance in everyday life.
