Navigating Grief Through Practice

Grief is a natural response to loss. It can also be one of the most challenging journeys of our lives. In this class we will work with Buddhist practices and teachings that can help us navigate this difficult path. Through discussion, examination and mindfulness, we will explore the challenges and benefits of our practice and create a loving and compassionate space for our grief.

This class is meant for everyone: including those of us who have experienced loss and grief, and those of us who want to understand more about grief, and explore more of this important facet of life.

Readings will be provided for each class. Participants are invited to share their experiences through writing and discussion.

This class will be offered in-person only.
