A 2-Hour Mindful Self-Compassion Workshop
The holidays can bring joy, connection, and meaning-and they can also stir up old patterns, expectations, and complicated family dynamics. Join Wade Maggert and Jo Sullivan for a live online workshop exploring practical Mindful Self-Compassion skills to help you move through the holiday season with greater steadiness, warmth, and care.
TOGETHER WE'LL EXPLORE:
staying grounded when emotions or old family patterns arise
responding to yourself with kindness rather than self-criticism
working more skillfully with difficult interactions
recognizing your own needs and limits
remaining connected to what matters without losing yourself in the process
