At Auspicious Cloud we will follow a half day of practice with co-Tantos Louise Dreyfus and Gayle Klaybor. We are doing our best to develop a supportive, realistic and meaningful set of options to support you. Please help us help you! We welcome any advice.
The day will be focused on Metta Practice (Loving Kindness meditation) as well as Tonglen (sending and receiving). Both practices can help us heal ourselves, everyone around us, and the whole world. Our planet needs our joyful effort.
Hokyo Louise Dreyfus is one of the founders of HZC, and a co-Tanto (Head of Practice) of the Center. Co-Tanto Jika Gayle Klaybor is a senior member of the Center, and serves on the Board of Directors. Both are psychotherapists.
