Practice Periods are times of intensive focus on meditation and study, bringing heart, mind and body together in one focused effort. We are now open for the second three-month period and new participants are welcome to join. During this year-long experimental Practice Period/Ango, led by Abbot Gaelyn Godwin, with Shuso Head Student Hondo Dave Rutschman, we will merge practice and everyday activities.

Second three months: September 30 - December after Rohatsu Sesshin.: For the second part, participants can join Rohatsu Sesshin and/or sign up to participate in a Zoom class with Hondo. We will meet via Zoom once each month. Participants are encouraged to attend all three Sunday afternoon Zoom meetings: September 30, October 14, and November 11 . Then, you can sign up for the next 3 month session. Newcomers are also welcome at that time.
