A day of sitting and walking meditation especially for people of color and those who identify as people of color. The day includes a dharma talk by Sekkei Audrey Charlton (simultaneously translated from English to Spanish), a senior member of HZC, and a session of Tai Chi. The day also includes mindful vegetarian oryoki lunch. 9 am - 3 pm. If this is your first one-day sitting, please contact the Heads of Practice, Louise Dreyfus or Gayle Klaybor.
