Hondo Dave Rutschman

This very special ceremony begins Friday evening at 6:30 with a Dharma Talk by the Sokan/Bishop of North America, Akiba Gengo Roshi.

In this traditional ceremony, the Roshi will present a dharma talk on the koan for the ceremony on Friday evening. Everyone is encouraged to attend.

On Saturday, beginning at 10 am, Hondo Dave Rutschman will be questioned on his understanding of the dharma by everyone. Everyone is welcome to attend.
