Peace for the Holidays: A Virtual Workshop

How to talk and listen to family and friends when we don’t agree on stuff

Holidays can be a particularly challenging time to be around loved ones who may see the world and hold opinions that are very different from our own. How can we practice presence, deep listening, and compassionate speech in these interactions? Through reflective exercises and facilitated discussions, we will explore how to communicate from the heart.

Register here.
Offered by donation, benefitting Houston Food Bank.

The Zoom link and other information for the workshop will be emailed to you by Friday afternoon, December 12.

Feel free to contact Stephen if you have questions.

Led by Rebecca McIlwain.
