Deepen meditation practice and gather the mind during this Virtual day of intensive meditation practice led by Abbot Gaelyn Godwin.

If you have any questions, please meet with Jika Gayle Klaybor or Zengetsu Vicki Glenn, the co-heads of Practice at HZC.

Sesshin this year will be virtual, and quite abbreviated, but it is an important acknowledgement of the Buddha’s Enlightenment. The ceremony of Buddha’s Enlightenment is on Sunday December 5. The sesshin will be on Zoom except for the residents of Houston Zen Center.
